Job Description
The Storekeeper will manage inventory and stock control for a hotel environment, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, timely ordering and efficient distribution of supplies. The role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with inventory management systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Stores Management, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality or a related field
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or hospitality inventory management
- • Good knowledge of stock control principles and inventory systems
- • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- • High attention to detail, reliability and ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
- • Oversee receipt, inspection and storage of hotel supplies and inventory
- • Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory counts
- • Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries
- • Monitor stock levels and reorder items to prevent shortages
- • Utilize inventory management software, including advanced Excel functions
- • Ensure compliance with hotel procurement policies and cost‑control measures
