Job Description
The Storytelling and Editorial Associate creates compelling written content that advances campaigns, thought leadership and external visibility. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the associate ensures consistency, quality and narrative strength across all communications.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field
- • Minimum 5 years experience supporting content creation, writing and editing
- • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- • Ability to collaborate effectively across campaigns, digital, brand and country teams
- • Interest in storytelling, social impact and economic inclusion
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, website pages and campaign materials
- • Apply Message House and proof standards to ensure clear pillar alignment and tone
- • Copy‑edit website content and coordinate updates with digital and brand teams
- • Coordinate editorial inputs for the annual report, newsletters and major publications, managing timelines and reviews
- • Contribute to storytelling and content capture efforts across teams and regions
