Job Description
The Strategic Partnership Program Lead oversees quality and learning across six country programs, ensuring compliance with IRC WPE standards and IASC GBV Minimum Standards. The role coordinates with country teams, partners, and the Award Management Unit to track scope, timeline and budget, flagging deviations early. It also contributes to advocacy and designs future partnership phases.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • MBA, MSc or MA in a relevant field
- • Minimum 8 years experience in project or program management, preferably in humanitarian contexts
- • Strong technical knowledge of Women’s Protection and Empowerment (WPE) practice and IASC GBV Minimum Standards
- • Demonstrated experience working with feminist partnerships and women‑led organizations
- • Proven learning, MEAL and evidence‑to‑policy translation capabilities
- • Experience managing multi‑country programs, budgets and reporting systems
- • Ability to navigate insecure contexts with sound safeguarding and Do No Harm judgment

- • Support the partnership’s advocacy pillar and help design the next phase of collaboration
