Job Description
The Strategy Manager leads strategic planning initiatives for ICEA Lion Group, conducting market and competitive analyses, developing frameworks and preparing executive‑level presentations. The role collaborates with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities, track performance against strategic objectives and support implementation of key initiatives across the insurance and financial services portfolio.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- • Significant experience in consulting or strategy roles within financial services or insurance
- • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and quantitative analysis
- • Expertise in financial modeling, performance analysis and risk assessment
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
- • Proven track record of delivering strategic projects and influencing senior leadership
