Job Description
The Strategy Manager – Execution & Performance leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence across the organization. Working closely with senior leadership, the manager monitors key performance indicators, evaluates outcomes, and adjusts plans to ensure targets are met. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate strategy into actionable projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy development, performance management, or consulting
- • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
