Job Description
The Structural Engineer will lead the design and analysis of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring structural integrity and cost efficiency from concept through construction. Responsibilities include reviewing calculations, signing off designs, conducting value‑engineering reviews and integrating quantity‑surveying expertise. The role requires senior‑level experience and strong commercial awareness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Civil or Structural Engineering
- • Professional engineering registration or certification
- • Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role
- • Proven ability to lead design and analysis for complex projects
- • Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards and value‑engineering principles

- • Lead structural design and analysis for building and infrastructure projects
- • Review and approve structural calculations, drawings and specifications against relevant codes
- • Serve as the final technical authority on structural matters and sign off designs within professional registration limits
- • Conduct value‑engineering reviews and align design decisions with project budgets
- • Perform quantity surveying and cost estimating tasks to support project profitability
