Job Description
The Student Application & Monitoring Trainee will support the intake, onboarding and ongoing monitoring of scholarship candidates, assisting with outreach, data verification and administrative tasks. The role offers exposure to education financing and requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently pursuing or holding a BA/BSc/HND or Diploma
- • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- • Willingness to learn and work in a fast‑paced non‑profit environment
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Assist with outreach activities to tertiary institutions and information sessions
- • Support application intake, data verification and onboarding processes
- • Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- • Help coordinate ISA contract signing and monitoring activities
- • Provide administrative support to the monitoring team
- • Prepare materials for events and education fairs
