Job Description
The Studio Technician supports digital‑media production by operating audio‑visual equipment, assisting with editing and ensuring the studio environment runs smoothly for academic projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Media Production, Broadcast Engineering or a related field
- • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Pro Tools or similar editing tools
- • Basic understanding of signal flow, video codecs and audio mixing
- • Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment
- • Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills

Responsibilities
- • Operate audio‑visual equipment for live and recorded digital media productions
- • Set up microphones, cameras, lighting and ensure proper signal routing
- • Assist in editing video and audio files using industry‑standard software
- • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues in the studio
- • Support faculty and students in producing high‑quality media projects
