Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- • Proven experience in HR supervisory or generalist roles
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
- • Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
- • Ability to lead and mentor junior HR staff
