Responsibilities
- • Ensure all received requisitions are correctly numbered and logged
- • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- • Evaluate vendor proposals and select suppliers based on criteria
- • Manage purchase orders and track delivery schedules
- • Coordinate logistics and distribution of goods to project sites
- • Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records
