Job Description
The Supply Chain Executive leads the Order Fulfilment and Logistics function for Osho Chemical Industries, overseeing end‑to‑end order processing, dispatch, and delivery. The role ensures high service levels, optimises transport costs, and manages a team to meet customer expectations across Africa.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related discipline
- • Minimum five years of experience in order fulfilment or logistics within a manufacturing environment
- • Proven ability to lead and develop operational teams
- • Strong analytical skills and experience with cost‑optimization initiatives
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Monitor and improve key service indicators such as OTIF, order accuracy, and delivery lead times
- • Manage and resolve customer complaints related to order processing, dispatch and delivery
- • Analyse root causes and implement corrective actions
- • Optimise transport and logistics costs, vehicle utilisation, and route efficiency
- • Evaluate and manage third‑party transporter performance
- • Lead, coach and develop the Order Processing, Dispatch and Logistics team
