Job Description
The Supply Chain Advisor will lead global supply planning and commodity risk analysis for PATH’s health programs, providing data‑driven insights across multiple countries. Responsibilities include forecasting, inventory management, risk reporting and capacity‑building with country teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc or MA) in Supply Chain, Public Health, Business or a related field
- • Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management for health commodities
- • Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, quantification and supply‑planning software
- • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data‑visualisation tools
- • Fluency in English and French with excellent stakeholder‑engagement abilities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead development and dissemination of quarterly consolidated supply‑plan reports for multiple countries
- • Collect, validate and analyze forecasting, inventory, procurement and consumption data
- • Identify and track stock‑out, overstock, expiry and funding gap risks
- • Produce country‑level analyses and visual dashboards for donor reporting
- • Monitor supply‑chain performance indicators to enable proactive mitigation
- • Provide technical assistance and capacity‑building to country teams on quantification and planning tools
- • Collaborate with program and technical teams to ensure data consistency
