Job Description
The Systems, Network and Security Administrator II is responsible for configuring, maintaining and securing the Authority’s ICT infrastructure. This includes servers, network devices, desktop environments and storage solutions. The role also ensures that security measures are up‑to‑date and that accurate documentation is kept.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- • Minimum 2 years experience in network and system administration.
- • Proven experience with Windows/Linux servers, routing, and security tools.
- • Ability to work independently and follow documented procedures.

Responsibilities
- • Configure, maintain and monitor network infrastructure, servers and storage systems.
- • Perform routine desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- • Implement and manage ICT security measures, including firewalls and antivirus solutions.
- • Document system configurations and maintain accurate inventory records.
