Job Description
The Technical Assistance – Performance Management specialist supports Living Goods in strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems for program delivery. The role assists in data collection, performance analysis, and reporting to enhance impact measurement. Effective communication and analytical skills are required to work with field teams and partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, or performance management within NGOs.
- • Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, PowerBI).
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- • Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Support the design and implementation of performance management frameworks.
- • Collect, validate, and analyze program data from field sites.
- • Produce regular performance dashboards and analytical reports.
- • Provide capacity‑building training to staff on M&E tools and processes.
- • Coordinate with partners to ensure data quality and timely reporting.
