Job Description
Leads end‑to‑end talent acquisition and talent management initiatives, designing recruitment strategies, sourcing top candidates and overseeing performance and succession planning across the organization. Partners with senior leaders to align workforce planning with business objectives and drives continuous improvement of hiring metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BA/BSc/HND).
- • 5–10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- • Proven ability to lead talent acquisition projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
- • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- • Manage full hiring cycle including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
- • Track and analyze hiring metrics to optimize the recruitment process.

- • Collaborate with business leaders to identify resourcing needs aligned with strategic goals.
- • Oversee performance management, coaching and mentorship programs.
