The role focuses on proactive sourcing, market mapping, candidate research, and leveraging recruitment analytics to build robust talent pipelines. The specialist works closely with hiring managers and utilizes digital sourcing tools to improve hiring outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent degree
- • Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience
- • Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn and other digital tools
- • Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
