The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with the Country Lead to design and execute recruitment strategies that attract high‑quality candidates for The Coca‑Cola Company in Kenya. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and managing the full hiring cycle while promoting the employer brand across multiple channels. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or equivalent.
- • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment.
- • Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- • Experience with applicant tracking systems and employer branding initiatives.
- • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and senior leaders.
