Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with the Country Lead and Employer Branding team to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, attract high‑quality candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within fast‑moving consumer goods
- • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
