Job Description
The Team Leader will provide strategic direction for Bancassurance sales, driving portfolio growth and balance‑sheet expansion while maintaining cost efficiency. The role involves leading a sales team, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Candidates should hold a BA/BSc/HND or professional certificate and have at least three years of experience in insurance sales or business development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent professional certificate
- • Minimum three years experience in insurance sales or business development
- • Strong knowledge of banking and insurance processes
- • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
