Job Description
The Team Leader will oversee the delivery of business development services to refugees under the NYOTA project, managing a team of mentors and ensuring project objectives are met. Responsibilities include supervising field activities, reporting outcomes, and liaising with donors and partners. This position plays a critical role in advancing economic opportunities for vulnerable populations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Development, Economics or related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience in project management or business development within humanitarian settings
- • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- • Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- • Experience working with World Bank or similar donor‑funded projects
