Job Description
The Tech Lead will guide a small Android engineering squad in designing, building and delivering high‑quality mobile experiences. Collaborating closely with the product owner, the role ensures features align with business goals and technical standards. The lead also mentors junior engineers and drives the Android technical roadmap.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of professional Android development experience
- • Proven experience leading engineering teams or technical projects
- • Strong proficiency with Kotlin, Java and the Android SDK
- • Excellent problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management skills

- • Lead a team of 4–6 engineers to design and deliver Android applications
- • Collaborate with the product owner to define feature requirements and priorities
- • Ensure code quality, performance and adherence to Android best practices
- • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
