Job Description
The Tech Lead drives operational excellence across software engineering and DevOps teams, overseeing design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure solutions. Responsibilities include managing cloud‑native deployments, API integration, and database performance while coordinating cross‑functional efforts. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- • Minimum of eight years’ experience in software engineering, DevOps, or technical leadership
- • Proven ability to manage large‑scale, high‑performance systems
- • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Oversee operational execution of technical design and development to ensure scalability, security, and high performance
- • Coordinate and support cloud‑native deployment practices using AWS and other cloud platforms
- • Ensure API integration readiness and collaborate with development teams to meet technical requirements
- • Manage delivery and performance of database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and EF/Core
- • Lead and mentor cross‑functional engineering and DevOps teams to meet delivery timelines
- • Optimize processes and drive continuous improvement across technical operations
