Job Description
The Tech Lead, Payments & Financial Infrastructure defines the technical roadmap for payment systems, wallets, card processing and payout services. They lead a team of engineers to design, develop and maintain secure, scalable financial APIs while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also collaborates with product and security teams to deliver innovative fintech solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in payments or financial infrastructure engineering
- • Proven expertise in building scalable payment gateways, APIs and wallet solutions
- • Strong knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements
- • Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities
