Job Description
The Technical Advisor I, Cash & Markets will provide expert guidance on cash‑based assistance and market‑based recovery programmes within Catholic Relief Services. The role designs interventions, conducts assessments, and trains staff to ensure effective delivery of humanitarian aid. Coordination with partners and rigorous monitoring guarantee that cash and market solutions meet beneficiary needs. Reporting and analysis support continuous improvement of programme impact.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, International Relations or a related discipline
- • Minimum 3 years experience in cash‑based programming or market‑based humanitarian projects
- • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills
- • Familiarity with humanitarian standards and cash transfer mechanisms
