Job Description
The Technical Assistance – Performance Management role provides day‑to‑day oversight for performance monitoring across three sub‑counties. Responsibilities include coordinating monitoring frameworks, collecting and validating data, and delivering analytical reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Development Studies, or a related discipline
- • Experience in monitoring and evaluation or performance management
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Ability to work independently and travel across sub‑counties
- • Proficiency with data collection tools and reporting software

- • Provide day‑to‑day technical oversight for performance management in three sub‑counties
- • Coordinate with sub‑county teams to implement monitoring frameworks
- • Collect and validate performance data and ensure timely reporting
- • Offer capacity‑building support and troubleshooting to field staff
