Job Description
The Technical Lead will provide strategic and technical direction for the Health Innovation Hub, driving the creation, validation and scaling of innovative health solutions across the university ecosystem.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- • At least 7 years of experience in health innovation, entrepreneurship or related fields
- • Proven problem‑solving and leadership capabilities
- • Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder‑engagement skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead technical strategy and project execution for health‑innovation initiatives
- • Drive development, incubation, validation and commercialization of solutions
- • Build and manage an ecosystem connecting students, researchers, clinicians, industry and investors
- • Oversee design, testing and implementation of prototypes and pilots
- • Mentor interdisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with university goals
- • Manage stakeholder relationships and secure partnership opportunities
