Job Description
The Technical & Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategy and technical support for animal nutrition products, translating scientific innovation into market‑ready solutions. They will conduct market intelligence, guide product positioning, and support sales with technical expertise while managing a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Marketing, or a related discipline
- • Proven experience in marketing and technical support within animal nutrition or livestock feed industry
- • Strong understanding of feed formulation, nutrient optimisation, and regulatory compliance
- • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities

Responsibilities
- • Contribute to definition and execution of marketing strategy across Kenya for monogastric and ruminant markets
- • Conduct competitive and technical intelligence to identify market gaps and innovation opportunities
- • Advise senior leadership on portfolio evolution, market expansion, sustainability trends, and regulatory shifts
- • Align product development pipelines with market requirements and act as liaison with product development
- • Oversee brand architecture and product positioning to enhance market visibility
- • Monitor performance metrics of marketing initiatives and implement corrective actions
- • Serve as senior technical authority, providing expertise on feed formulation, nutrient optimisation, and regulatory compliance
- • Develop technical solutions for customer challenges across poultry, swine, and ruminant production
- • Adapt product offerings to local contexts and create high‑impact marketing materials and technical documentation
- • Lead and manage the marketing team, including budgeting, resource planning, and capability development
