Job Description
The Technical Program Manager will lead the implementation and scaling of digital health solutions in Kenya, coordinating with government bodies, technology partners and internal teams. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards, while contributing to national digital‑health strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) and relevant professional certificate
- • 5–7 years experience managing digital health or ICT implementation programmes
- • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complex technical projects
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead planning, design, testing, deployment and continuous improvement of community health digital systems
- • Coordinate with government agencies, technology partners and Living Goods teams to ensure effective implementation
- • Manage technical risks, issues and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- • Monitor project performance, timelines and budgets, and report progress to stakeholders
- • Represent Living Goods in national digital‑health working groups and align initiatives with government priorities
- • Translate implementation insights into practical enhancements for digital health services
