Job Description
The Technical Program Manager leads the design and rollout of digital health solutions, coordinating with government agencies, technology partners and internal teams. The role oversees project planning, technical implementation, and ensures alignment with health objectives. Strong leadership and experience in digital health are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Health or related field
- • 5+ years experience in program or project management of digital health or technology solutions
- • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- • Excellent communication skills in English

- • Provide technical leadership for digital health initiatives across Kenya
- • Coordinate project planning, timelines and deliverables with government and technology partners
- • Oversee system integration, data management and platform deployment
- • Manage cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation and scaling
- • Monitor project performance against KPIs and report progress to senior leadership
- • Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
