Job Description
The Technical Tender & Proposal Specialist translates engineering inputs into compliant, professionally presented tender submissions. They interpret client requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate clarifications to ensure all technical specifications are addressed. The role also involves creating compliance matrices, checklists, and supporting documentation while collaborating closely with solution engineers. A bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least two years of relevant experience are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ICT or a related discipline
- • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tender or proposal development
- • Working knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire detection, intrusion detection and related security systems
- • Ability to interpret BOQs, floor plans and technical drawings
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills

- • Review RFQs, RFPs and tender documents to determine technical scope and evaluation criteria
- • Develop and maintain compliance matrices, checklists and evidence schedules
- • Identify omissions, contradictions or risks and coordinate clarifications with stakeholders
- • Ensure all technical requirements are answered with appropriate supporting evidence
- • Produce clear, persuasive tender submissions in collaboration with solution engineers
