Job Description
The Technical Trainer will deliver hands‑on instruction in electrical and solar installation, develop curriculum and training materials, assess learner performance, and ensure safety standards are met. The role supports the organization’s mission to build skilled technicians for the renewable energy sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree, Higher National Diploma or Diploma in a relevant technical or vocational field
- • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and solar PV technology
- • Excellent communication and instructional skills
- • Ability to work independently and manage training schedules

- • Deliver classroom and field training on electrical and solar installation techniques
