Job Description
The Test Center Manager oversees all operational aspects of the testing facility, leading a team of staff to deliver secure, high‑quality exam experiences. Responsibilities include recruiting and training personnel, managing daily logistics, ensuring compliance with security standards, and providing exceptional customer service to candidates. The manager also coordinates technical support and maintains accurate records while upholding Pearson VUE policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a testing environment.
- • Prior leadership, supervisory, coaching, or training experience.
- • Strong communication, organization, scheduling, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, and standard office equipment.
- • Sound judgment, integrity, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
- • Test Administrator certification and willingness to complete required training.
