The Test Center Manager will oversee daily operations of Pearson VUE’s Nairobi test center, ensuring a secure environment, high‑quality customer service, and compliance with testing standards. Responsibilities include staff supervision, facility management, and continuous improvement of testing processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a service‑oriented facility or test center
- • Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills
- • Knowledge of security protocols and testing compliance standards
- • Excellent communication and team‑leadership abilities
