Job Description
The Training Specialist Intern supports the delivery of both instructor‑led and virtual training programs by preparing materials, facilitating sessions, and assisting learners throughout the process. They help assess learner performance, track attendance, and maintain accurate training records. The intern also gathers feedback to identify improvement opportunities and contributes to curriculum reviews. This position offers hands‑on experience in learning and development within a dynamic environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education, Learning & Development, ICT, Business, or a related field.
- • Strong interest in training, facilitation, and learning & development.
- • Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- • Exposure to training, facilitation, or instructional delivery through internships, projects, or similar experience (preferred).

Responsibilities
- • Support delivery of instructor‑led and virtual training sessions.
- • Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and learner activities.
- • Facilitate engaging learning experiences and support learner participation.
- • Assist with learner assessments, assignments, and evaluations.
- • Track learner attendance, performance, and programme completion.
- • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- • Collect learner feedback and identify opportunities for programme improvement.
- • Support curriculum reviews and refinement of training materials.
- • Assist with learner onboarding and other Academy activities.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and timely programme delivery.
