Job Description
The Tupande Transport and Dispatch Senior Supervisor leads fleet and dispatch operations, ensuring safety, cost optimisation and high service standards. They oversee internal and third‑party transport activities, manage driver assignments, and maintain vendor relationships. Using fleet management tools, the supervisor tracks utilisation, meets KPIs and resolves operational issues. The role coordinates vehicle allocation for staff transport and drives continuous improvement in dispatch efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Logistics, Business Administration or related field
- • 2–3 years experience in fleet, dispatch or logistics operations
- • Strong understanding of transport regulations, safety standards and insurance requirements
- • Proficiency with Fleet Management Systems and workflow management tools
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Responsibilities
- • Oversee daily internal and third‑party transport operations, ensuring service quality and vehicle maintenance
- • Review and verify staff taxi requests, optimizing driver assignments and reducing costs
- • Coordinate internal vehicle and driver allocation to meet staff transportation needs
- • Maintain the taxi vendor database and act as primary contact for feedback and issue resolution
- • Use Fleet Management System tools to monitor fleet utilisation, manage assignments, and meet KPIs
- • Communicate trip and driver details promptly to staff and vendors, optimizing routes for cost efficiency
- • Manage request approvals, ensuring compliance with company policies
- • Assign drivers strategically to balance routes and maximise vehicle use
