Job Description
The Tutorial Fellow will teach hospitality management courses, develop curricula, and contribute to research activities within the university. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, practical sessions, mentoring students and collaborating on academic projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or Food Production (preferred)
- • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or Food Production
- • Minimum 3 years of teaching or industry experience in hospitality or culinary arts
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Teach allocated hospitality management modules and conduct practical sessions
- • Design, develop and update course curricula and teaching materials
- • Deliver high‑quality lectures and assess student performance
- • Conduct research, write grant proposals and present findings at conferences
- • Provide mentorship and career guidance to students and junior staff
- • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum reviews
