Job Description
The TVET Trainer will deliver Business Management courses to vocational students, designing curriculum that meets industry standards and TVETA licensing requirements. They will facilitate classroom and practical sessions, assess learner performance, and continuously improve training materials. The role also involves maintaining compliance with TVET regulations and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Relevant academic or professional qualification in Business Management or a related field
- • Valid TVETA Trainer Registration or Licence for the area of specialization
- • Demonstrated experience in delivering vocational or adult education
- • Strong communication and presentation skills
- • Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs

- • Deliver Business Management training sessions to TVET learners
- • Design, update and align course curricula with TVETA standards
- • Assess student performance through examinations, projects and practical evaluations
