Job Description
The Unit Manager will build and lead a sales unit for Africa Merchant Assurance, focusing on recruiting, training and supporting independent agents and a direct sales force. Key duties include achieving manpower and sales targets, sourcing sustainable business opportunities and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum KCSE Grade C and a Plain Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
- • At least 3 years experience in general insurance sales
- • A degree or diploma in a business‑related field is an advantage
- • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
