Job Description
The volunteer assists the real‑estate practice with legal research, site inspections and documentation, supporting the firm’s property transactions and client services. Tasks include drafting briefs, photographing properties and preparing progress reports. This is a short‑term, three‑month placement with potential for further engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently a 3rd‑year undergraduate student majoring in Real Estate, Land Economics or a related field
- • Strong written, verbal and persuasive communication skills
- • Excellent research, reporting and analytical abilities
- • Basic photography skills and proactive, self‑motivated attitude
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Draft briefs, summaries and legal updates on ongoing property projects
- • Conduct field visits, site inspections and verify property details
- • Capture high‑quality photographs of properties and developments
- • Prepare detailed progress reports for clients
- • Assist in sourcing potential real‑estate purchase and sale opportunities
- • Handle tenant and landlord matters, including lease inquiries and dispute documentation
