Job Description
The role involves delivering high‑quality food and beverage service in a luxury hotel environment. You will set up and break down service stations, take and serve orders, and ensure accurate cash handling. Maintaining detailed knowledge of menus and providing personalized service are essential, as is collaborating with the team to meet guest expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) or equivalent.
- • Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage service, preferably at a luxury property.
- • Strong guest service orientation.
- • Ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering excellent service.

- • Set up and tear down service stations, ensuring equipment and supplies are organized and maintained.
- • Take table orders for food and beverage and serve guests in a professional, positive manner.
- • Deliver crisp, efficient service while building rapport to create a memorable dining experience.
- • Foster a welcoming culture and stay aware of hotel activities to guide guests appropriately.
- • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menus and communicate offerings passionately.
- • Tailor service flow to individual diners and anticipate guest needs proactively.
- • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely in line with hotel procedures.
- • Review daily reports on arrivals, VIP guests, and group bookings, following up on action items.
- • Ensure smooth operation of each table, attending to guest requests promptly.
- • Clear away used crockery and cutlery promptly.
