Job Description
The Warehouse & Inventory Manager will oversee all aspects of stock control, warehouse operations, and consignment store management, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely replenishment. Duties include supervising staff, conducting stocktakes, and maintaining compliance with safety and traceability standards. Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi is required for effective communication with suppliers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- • 3–5 years experience in warehouse or inventory management
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Oversee stock receiving, inspection, storage, issuing, returns, and transfers, recording all movements in Odoo daily
- • Conduct regular stocktakes, investigate variances, and coordinate adjustments with Finance
- • Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, ageing, and replenish inventory as needed
- • Maintain proper storage, safety, traceability, and accurate inventory records
- • Reconcile showroom and POS stock, performing weekly counts and supervising storekeeping staff
- • Manage consignment store records, track placements, transfers, usage, and returns
- • Reconcile monthly consignment stock and ensure timely invoicing of verified usage
- • Investigate discrepancies, losses, and implement corrective actions
