Job Description
The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and optimal space utilization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- • Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse management or operations.
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- • Manage warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and dispatch SLA.
- • Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce stock loss.
- • Optimize space utilization and implement effective layout plans.
- • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- • Develop and mentor warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
