Job Description
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring the integrity, security and efficiency of M‑KOPA’s warehouse operations in Kenya. Key duties include managing inventory accuracy, supervising staff, and maintaining safety standards. The role requires strong leadership and experience in warehouse management within a fast‑moving environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
- • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
- • Strong leadership and team management skills
- • Knowledge of inventory control and WMS software
- • Ability to enforce health and safety regulations
- • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities

- • Manage inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems
