Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor will allocate equipment, space and personnel, conduct daily operations meetings and ensure compliance with SOPs and QHSE regulations. They will coordinate inbound, storage and outbound activities, perform stock takes and manage documentation to maintain efficient warehouse performance. The role also oversees security procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent qualification.
- • Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
- • Knowledge of SOPs, inventory management and stock‑taking procedures.
- • Understanding of QHSE regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities
- • Allocate equipment, warehouse space and personnel according to the planning schedule.
- • Conduct daily operations/toolbox meetings with warehouse teams.
- • Perform spot checks to ensure staff adhere to SOPs.
- • Coordinate inbound, storage and outbound shipment activities efficiently.
- • Ensure proper stacking and storage procedures per SOP.
- • Conduct monthly stock takes in accordance with SOP.
- • Issue gate passes and delivery notes for trucks/activities.
- • Prepare manual goods receipt and dispatch notes.
- • Ensure compliance with QHSE regulations for safe working conditions.
- • Enforce security procedures and perform daily compliance checks.
- • Oversee documentation archiving and counter‑sign stack cards and tallies.
