Job Description
The Industry Placement Programme offers trainees and recent graduates hands‑on experience in warehousing, distribution and supply chain functions within the Kenya Maritime Authority. Participants will support logistics operations, learn best practices, and contribute to maritime transport projects. The programme is designed for individuals completing maritime‑related education.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a maritime transport, logistics or related programme
- • Training received from a KMA‑approved maritime education institution
- • Strong interest in maritime supply chain and logistics operations

- • Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations
- • Support the coordination of distribution activities and shipment tracking
- • Participate in supply chain analysis and process improvement projects
- • Help prepare documentation for maritime logistics and customs clearance
