Job Description
The Wellness Product Manager oversees the full lifecycle of Zuri Health’s wellness portfolio, from business development to program execution. Responsibilities include designing corporate wellness strategies, managing budgets, coordinating cross‑functional teams and reporting results. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of experience in corporate wellness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (BA/BSc/HND).
- • Three to five years of experience in corporate wellness or health program management.
- • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- • Ability to manage budgets and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

- • Identify and secure new wellness business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- • Design and develop corporate wellness strategies and programs.
- • Plan, coordinate, and execute wellness activities from proposal through delivery and reporting.
- • Manage budgeting, costing, and financial performance of wellness projects.
- • Liaise with medical, finance, marketing, logistics, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution.
- • Compile results, generate reports, and analyze data to assess program impact.
- • Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing wellness education.
- • Ensure compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement of wellness services.
