Job Description
The Workshop Manager for the Agri‑Division oversees all workshop activities related to agricultural and automotive equipment. Responsibilities include scheduling technicians, ensuring quality service, managing warranty claims, and controlling budgets. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and the capacity to coordinate a high‑performing team in a remote setting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (BA/BSc/HND) in Mechanical, Agricultural Engineering or a related field
- • At least 8 years of experience in automotive or agricultural equipment servicing
- • Minimum 4 years of supervisory or management experience
- • Strong leadership, team management and problem‑solving skills
