Job Description
The Young Leaders Programme is a one‑year, paid graduate program that provides recent graduates with hands‑on experience, mentorship and exposure to real client projects in marketing communications.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent qualification
- • Recent graduate with strong communication skills
- • Passion for marketing communications and willingness to learn

- • Participate in client project teams and support campaign development
- • Conduct market research and assist in content creation
- • Contribute to strategy sessions and deliver presentations
