The Senior Advisor, Performance Management and Analytics will support PATH’s global health initiatives by designing performance measurement frameworks, analyzing data, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership. The role demands advanced analytical expertise and experience in the health sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline
- • At least five years of experience in performance management or data analytics within the health sector
- • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Stata, R, SPSS) and data visualization tools
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
