Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in branch management or financial services
- • Strong leadership and team‑building abilities
- • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- • Knowledge of micro‑finance or loan‑distribution processes preferred
